Although a tad undersized, Kevin Pierre-Louis has been a menace for opposing offenses since the day he arrived in Chestnut Hill. The 6'1", 215lb LB has been a tackling machine that has averaged 84 total tackles in his three seasons starting at LB. Rivals.com named Pierre-Louis to its Freshmen All-American Team two seasons ago, and he has continued to thrive ever since. He may not be a household name to the average college football fan, but Pierre-Louis has been one of the most productive LB in the nation during his career.
Instinctive and fundamentally sound describe the play of the Eagle's star LB. He has a tremendous nose for the football and is a very good tackler. Pierre-Louis excelled alongside Panther's LB Luke Kuechly for two seasons, and was still able to record 85 tackles in only nine games played last season without Kuechly. Boston College has produced NFL LBs such as Kuechly and Jo-Lonn Dunbar, and Pierre-Louis is the next in line. If he stays healthy, then Pierre-Louis will find himself on the field in the NFL next season.
