Matt Garza came in last year to boost the rotation. I saw him as a great addition to go along side Randy and Ryan.
Garza went 10-10 last season with 197 strikeouts. Worse than we expected from such a decent guy. I mean come on, we pay you a lot and you don't really follow through. Also, he didn't get a lot of run support either too!
There have been rumors of trading Garza but I think Theo will keep him. He has the skills to improve and be a great pitcher in the Cubs rotation.
