I am a 40-year-old happily married father of four. I am very passionate about sports, especially "Bawmer" sports. The Baltimore Orioles, Ravens, Washington Capitals, and University of MD Terps are the teams I live and die with. I've also become an interested follower in the Florida gators, as well as the Tampa Bay Lightning. I am trying to realize a lifelong dream of writing stories sports fans want to read. I have been writing for a little over a year now, and with the love and support of my wife Gina, feel confident that continuing to work hard every day will pay off eventually. I would merely still be sitting back and watching them play without her. I am blessed to have her, as she is my greatest critic and my No. 1 fan. Writing articles and slide shows, with a full time job, and four children require a lot of time, effort, and understanding. My children have been great along the way. Thank you Lauren, Izzi, Sarah, and Marco. Sports have always been a major part of my life. I've played hockey, baseball, and football for many years, establishing a lot of contacts, friends, and special memories along the way. Only my family moments and memories can surpass the games I have attended and played in. I am looking for any opportunity that will help me realize my dream of working in the sports word. I would be willing to write about any sport in order to gain experience. Please feel free to email me at firstname.lastname@example.org. On Facebook send me a friend request @ AllSports WithZlot. You can also follow my twitter page @zlotsports. I'm willing to work as hard as it takes, as well as long as is required to reach my dream. I want to thank Fan vs. Fan for this opportunity, and will do everything necessary to uphold the standards and integrity of this great site. Please enjoy my work and comment if you wish but in the words of Jim Carr, the play-by-play for the Charlestown Chiefs, "please keep them within the boundaries of good taste". I am not shy about trash talk, just please keep it to the topic.
