I agree it's a huge joke and needs to be fixed. There should be a minimum amount of games played to be eligible! In baseball you can't come up the last week of August and go crazy with the bat and hit .450 and win the batting title b/c of the minimum amount of at bats. I do know the players don't go all out b/c it's a glorified scrimmage and good for the fans to come and have a few days around the greatest basketball players on the planet and do all kinds of interactive games. Some guys may only get 1 chance to be an NBA All-Star in their careers. A guy playing in less than 10 games is B.S. The NBA encourages you to vote a ton of times by stating: "You may vote once a day". All that does is encourage people to vote day after day. I think they do it to really inflate the numbers so when they are negotiating new advertising deals and Tv contracts. It's all to try and gain any type of leverage to help themselves! Or not! That is just my take on why they allow you to stuff the ballot boxes!
