Good morning from St. Petersburg, Florida; the site of the annual East/West Shrine Game which is all set to kick off it's festivities today for what should be a very exciting week for many.  Today marks the beginning of a very exciting stretch for scouts, both professional and free lance/independent.  The scouting season is officially in full swing and I've made the trip down from Pennsylvania to Florida to see the Shrine Game up close and personal this year.  As a part of my preparations, I put together an offseason introductory draft guide for distribution all week, culminating at the Shrine Game at Tropicana Field this upcoming Saturday the 18th.  As a sneak peak, I've included my latest positional rankings with talent scores included.  If you aren't familiar with my scoring system, talent scores are based on tape and equate to approximately 50-60% of a prospect's overall grade.  I hope you enjoy the following and any questions or feedback I would be more than happy to entertain via my Twitter account (@NFLDraftTracker) or here in the comments.  Enjoy!
