Pro Day Recap: Notable Perfromances From March 10th

Texas A&M TE/FB Jamie McCoy measured in at his Pro Day with a height of 6015, 229 pounds. He ran the 40-yard dash in 4.57 seconds and the three-cone drill in 7.11 seconds. He measured a 35-inch vertical jump and a 9’10” broad jump. He also had 23 reps of 225 pounds on the bench press.

West Virginia State S Terrence Washington worked out at Kent State’s Pro Day and measured in with a height of 5081, 181 pounds. He ran the 40-yard dash in 4.42 seconds, and the short shuttle in 4.09 seconds. He measured a 35-inch vertical jump and a 9’ 6” broad jump. He had 29 reps of 225 pounds on the bench press.

University of Maryland CB Anthony Wiseman measured in at his Pro Day with a height of 5902, 186 pounds. He ran the 40-yard dash in 4.47 seconds, the short shuttle in 4.33 seconds and the three-cone drill in 7.34 seconds. He measured a 36-inch vertical jump and a 9’ 8” broad jump. He managed 13 reps of 225 pounds on the bench press.

Baylor LB/RB Jeremy Sanders measured in at his Pro Day with a height of 6020, 215 pounds. He ran the 40-yard dash in 4.36 seconds and the three-cone drill in 6.99 seconds. He measured a 38-inch vertical jump, a 10’ 3” broad jump, and had 23 reps of 225 pounds on the bench press.  

LB Zach Watkins, of Washburn (Division II) has a personal workout with the Kansas City Chiefs scheduled for April 8th. He hasn’t been allowed into any other Division 1 Pro Day and is in the process of setting a Pro Day at Washburn.

Troy LB Boris Lee measured in at his Pro Day with a height of 6004, 238 pounds. He ran the 40-yard dash in 4.75 seconds. He measured a 33-inch vertical jump, a 9’ 5” broad jump, and had 27 reps of 225 pounds on the bench press.

Minnesota LB Simoni Lawrence measured in at his Pro Day with a height of 6000, 230 pounds. He ran the 40-yard dash in 4.56 seconds, the short shuttle in 4.25 seconds and the three-cone drill in 6.80 seconds. He stood on his combine vertical jump and had a 10’ 7” broad jump. He also stood on his combine bench press of 21.

Minnesota LB Lee Campbell measured in at his Pro Day ran the 40-yard dash in 4.79 seconds, the short shuttle in 4.20 seconds, and the three-cone drill in 7.11 seconds. He measured a 34-inch vertical jump, a 9’ 6.5” broad jump and stood on his 225-pound bench press of 17 from the combine.

Northern Iowa DE James Ruffin worked out at the Minnesota Pro Day and measured in with a height of 6034, and weighed 264 pounds. He ran the 40-yard dash in 4.75 seconds, the short shuttle in 4.58 seconds and the three-cone drill in 7.21 seconds. He measured a 31-inch vertical jump and a 9’ 5” broad jump. He also had 27 reps of 225 pounds on the bench press.

Colorado State WR Dion Morton measured in at his Pro Day with a height of 5080, 160 pounds. He ran the 40-yard dash in 4.48 seconds, the short shuttle in 4.31 seconds and the three-cone drill in 6.80 seconds. He measured a 36-inch vertical jump and a 9’ 8” broad jump.

North Alabama WR Preston Parker, who attended the NFL Combine, stood on all his combine numbers. He ran the 40-yard dash in 4.57 seconds, the short shuttle in 4.00 seconds and broad jumped 9’ 10”.

S Stanley Lykes, a free-agent from the 2009 draft class, worked out at North Alabama’s Pro Day and measured in at 6’ 1”, 205 pounds. He ran the 40-yard dash in 4.53 seconds. He measured a 39-inch vertical jump and a 10’ 5” broad jump. He also had 22 reps of 225 pounds on the bench press.

UTEP WR Jeff Moturi measured in at his Pro Day with a height of 5111, 186 pounds. He ran the 40-yard dash in 4.38-4.40 seconds. He measured a 30.5-inch vertical jump and a 9’ 10” broad jump. He also had 18 reps of 225 pounds on the bench press.

UTEP S DaMon Cromartie-Smith measured in at his Pro Day with a height of 6012, and weighed 206 pounds. He ran the 40-yard dash in 4.40 seconds, the three-cone drill in 7.24 seconds, and the 60 yard shuttle in 11.80 seconds. He measured a 32-inch vertical jump, a 9’ 9” broad jump and completed 20 repetitions on the 225-pound bench press.

Texas Tech DE Daniel Howard measured in at his Pro Day at 6020, 244 pounds. He ran the 40-yard dash in 4.70 seconds, the short shuttle in 4.40 seconds and the three-cone drill in 7.13 seconds. He measured a 32-inch vertical jump and a 9’ 9” broad jump. He also had 16 reps of 225 pounds on the bench press.

Utah State WR Xavier Bowman measured in at his Pro Day with a height of 6017, and weighed 201 pounds. He ran the 40-yard dash in 4.59 seconds, the short shuttle in 4.15, the three-cone drill in 7.00 seconds, and the 60-yard shuttle in 11.20 seconds. He measured a 32-inch vertical jump, a 10’ 8” broad jump and completed 15 repetitions on the 225-pound bench press.

Southern Illinois RB Deji Karim worked out at Northwestern’s Pro Day and measured in at a height of 5086, 209 pounds. He ran the 40-yard dash in 4.38 seconds. He measured a 43-inch vertical jump, a 10’ 3” broad jump and completed 19 repetitions on the 225-pound bench press.

Western Illinois CB Patrick Stoudamire worked out at Northwestern’s Pro Day and measured in at 5102, 205 pounds. He ran the 40-yard dash in 4.45 seconds, the short shuttle in 3.95 seconds, and the three-cone drill in 6.67 seconds. He measured a 43-inch vertical jump, a 9’ 11” broad jump and completed 11 repetitions on the 225-pound bench press.
