Silver entered 2007 getting legitimate draft looks from scouts before injuring his knees in the Spiders first game, which caused him to sit out the rest of the year. A smart player with great size, Silver earned Third Team All-Atlantic 10 honors in 2006. He has potential to be selected as a late-round prospect at right tackle and will surely have scouts intrigued. The determining factor will be whether or not his knees hold up.
