1.28.09 – It's too bad that its difficult to get past the huge hitch in Glennon's delivery, because his accuracy and touch on deep passes is very natural, and otherwise his mechanics are smooth and true. He also looked comfortable throwing on the run. He's got ideal size, so something might be there if an NFL QB coach can tighten up his delivery. - Draft Guys On Location at the Texas vs. The Nation Game
1.26.09 – Glennon had nice velocity in the wind and a good release point, but his wind up takes way too long. - Draft Guys On Location at the Texas vs. The Nation Game
Scout's Take - 7.15.08
The lanky Glennon has good size but lacks a powerful arm. He has improved his accuracy and decision making with a better than 2-to-1 TD-to-INT ratio as a junior after throwing the same amount of interceptions as touchdowns during his sophomore campaign. Of his 11 scoring tosses that season, six went for at least 47 yards, displaying his ability to connect on the big play. Glennon is very strong and athletic, setting a school position record by benching 375 pounds, while earning Iron Hokie honors as a sophomore for his strength and conditioning. Nevertheless, Glennon has a long way to go before he proves himself as a legitimate pro prospect.
