Grimsley began his career at Morgan State as a left tackle but is making the transition to left guard as a senior. He brings good size and strength to the guard spot and is more naturally suited for the position. A good run blocker and tough kid, some feel that if the light bulb turns on, Grimsley will be a draft board riser. Other NFL insiders believe he could just as easily fall, depending on how hard he works. He is considered to be overweight and needs to get down into the 340-350 range. Currently, Grimsley carries a late-round grade.
