Rowan was one of the top kickers at the FCS level in 2007, showing great leg strength in hitting a 53-yard field goal on his way to earning First Team All-Gateway honors. Rowan will have to work on his consistency-- he missed some easy kicks while going 19-for-31 during his junior season. Once he improves in that area, Rowan should quickly rise up draft boards.
