Roehl came out of nowhere to earn All-American and First Team All-Great West honors in 2007 with an outstanding season--his 21 touchdowns and 1,431 yards on 6.9 yards per carry were very impressive. He lacks ideal bulk but has good speed for his size and has proven to be a good receiver out of the backfield. At this point, Roehl is more of big feature back than he is fullback, but the latter is where he best projects at the next level. His only medical concern is a broken leg he suffered in 2005 spring ball which forced him to redshirt that year. He will enter the season as a potential 7th round/priority free agent type.
