Schroeder is a big, tough kid who runs well and has been productive. He tallied 13.5 tackles for loss and 6.5 sacks on his way to earning Second Team All-Great West honors for the second consecutive year in 2007. He does lack the ideal quickness for the defensive tackle position and some scouts think he would benefit from a move to the offensive line. Expect this highly productive prospect to earn a free agent grade heading into the season.
