A former Alabama commitment, Lane is tough to get a feel for if you just look his stat sheet because his numbers are just average. However, stats can be deceiving. If you watch film, you will see that he has the propensity to force fumbles and hurry the quarterback. He was ineligible in 2005 and 2006 after transferring from Alabama State. Expect him to earn a priority free agent grade with a chance to be drafted once he improves his speed.
