#31 New York Giants: FS Kenny Phillips, Miami
Out with the old and in with the new, the Giants get an instant replacement for the departed Gibril Wilson (Raiders). The secondary play came on strong during their late-season run to the Championship and with the selection of Phillips, teamed with last year's first round pick Aaron Ross, the Giants have two solid, young building blocks to be excited about in the defensive backfield.
