Each player is given two grades—
Current Player Value (CPV), which indicates their current grade entering the league.

Potential Player Value (PPV), which indicates the level of play they are capable of reaching based on potential and type of scheme each player is drafted into.

Grade Scale
9.2 – 10 Franchise Player
8.6 – 9.1 All Pro Caliber
7.8 – 8.5 Solid Starter
7.2 – 7.7 Average Starter
6.8 – 7.1 Borderline Starter
6.0 – 6.7 Serviceable Backup
5.5 – 5.9 Reserve Player
5.0 – 5.4 Practice Squad
4.9 – Below CFL, UFL or AFL
