| NFL: Pierre Thomas Injury A Concern | ||||

CBSSports.com reports there is some concern that New Orleans Saints running back Pierre Thomas (knee) will not be healthy for the team's Week 1 game, but head coach Sean Payton deemed it "very little concern." Thomas is questionable to play in the team's final preseason game Thursday, Sept. 3. The Skinny: Sean Payton has to say that there is little concern, because of the presence of Reggie Bush on the team. The fact is, Bush has not had a full season without missing a game due to injury. This could potentially mean that the Saints will be forced to rely upon Mike Bell more than they anticipated. For more featured analysis from Nick Signorelli be sure to log-on to the Bleacher Report.
