Impact: When a player hits 37-years old, their career has usually been over for a few season...or they're hanging on for paycheck. Richardson fits neither category, though he is on the back-end of his tenure in the NFL. Richardson is a great blocking back and is even capable of being a red-zone option for the Jets. Whether it's Thomas Jones, or Leon Washington toting the rock for the Jets, a player like Tony Richardson paving the way is a must.
